How much does it cost?
Prices vary with the size of the property, the number of windows and the service. That's why every estimate is completely free, over the phone or in person, so you know the number before we start.
What is a DI water-fed system?
DI means deionized. We filter the water through reverse osmosis and deionization until nothing is left in it but water. Pure water pulls dirt off glass and dries with no spots or streaks, so no soap is needed on your exterior windows.
Will a soft wash hurt my roof, paint or plants?
No. Soft washing uses low pressure and soft chemicals that lift the grime and algae instead of blasting the surface. It's the gentle way to clean shingles, stucco and siding.
Do you clean interior windows too?
Yes. Interior windows get the traditional mop and squeegee, done carefully by hand.
Are you a franchise?
No. We're a local, family owned and operated business that's served Austin since 2005, and the owners are involved on every job.
How do you clean livestock trailers?
First we scrape out the loose bedding and manure, so the pressure washer works on the trailer and doesn't just push muck around. Then we pressure clean it floor to ceiling, working from the front to the back. That covers the floor, the walls, the slats, the divider gates and the corners where the grime sits, plus the outside and the wheel wells. We finish with a full rinse and leave the doors open so it dries out, ready to haul again. Call or text with your trailer's length and we'll give you a free estimate.
